Overview
Good spacious areas, lots of room for wheelchairs if needed. Tour guides can be provided and, although not needed on this trip adaptations to tour could have been asked for.
Transport & Parking
Walked into the city centre, there is no public paring close to the minster however there are car parks relatively close by with disabled bays.
Access
Plenty of signs showing directions and other entrance information. Steps leading up to the minster however there was also a ramp outside. Lots of staff located around the entrance available for assistance however less staff available once through the minster. Big spacious walk ways, however some smaller pathways, which may be less accessable, leading off into side attractions.
Toilets
A standard disabled toilet was available with hand rails and adequate space to manoeuvre a wheelchair inside.
Staff
All very pleasant and friendly, appeared very approachable. only negative was once inside the minister the number of staff around significantly decreased.
