Overview

Easy access ground floor entrance, restaurant easily accessible. Terracotta Army exhibition really easy to get round even when busy. Only drawbacks lifts and changing place on first floor

Transport & Parking

Arrived by Merseyrail who were not up to their usual standard, as assistance was a bit variable. Got off at Central Station.

Access

3.5

Access of the street was good. However there were only two lifts which were not very large so long queues formed to use them. Every time we needed to change floor up or down it was a wait of 10 minutes or more to get into a lift. This somewhat limits access round the building. Once on a particular floor access was good. However used lifts 4 times today which meant that in all 40 minutes of my visit was wasted in waiting for lifts to arrive. I was pretty angry by the time I was waiting for the last lift.

Toilets

The changing place was fine but looses one point as it was located on the first floor which meant waiting for a lift up and down. See previous comments.

Staff

3.5

Staff when told about lift problem acknowledged there was a problem. Staff in Terracotta Army exhibition very friendly.
