Overview
I found the ramp very steep to get on & off the 'cruise' boat (I would call it a boat trip NOT a cruise) although the staff were helpful & there was nowhere to position my wheelchair without being in someones way. I use a standard manual wheelchair & this place is really for walkers (& dogs) & maybe power chairs! We got off in Bowness & struggled to find somewhere to eat that was accessible - everywhere is up or down really steep hills. We parked in Lakeside & struggled to get into any of the cafes - the choice of food was very limited. There was an accessible toilet there but it was hidden behind the gents toilet.
Transport & Parking
There is a good sized car park which costs £4 for the day. Although the accessible places were taken, there was plenty of other spaces.
Access
The kiosk was a bit high to book the cruise tickets & I found it hard to understand the booking system. The sales staff were very helpful, but did not tell me that the carer goes free. When I realised that, I went back for a refund.
Toilets
I couldn't find the accessible loo at first - it was not signed. It was clean & tidy & there was enough space to manoeuvre.
Staff
the staff were ok.

Thanks for your review. I'm sorry to hear that you had difficulty on the ramp and with accessing our vessel. Our 'steamers' have a flat ramp from pier to boat, but in a dry summer or wet winter, the water levels can fluctuate meaning the incline can change. I'm afraid that this is out of our control, but we would always be in hand to assist or show you the incline before boarding or buying a ticket.
