Overview
Willows has recently been refurbished and made more wheelchair friendly. The owners have made wee changes that make getting in and around easier. The main entrance has steps but there's a level access side entry. Although not electric (hence the 1/2 star off) the new doors now have magnets to hold them open until you get it. If you're able to get out of your chair there's a buggy/wheelchair parking area, if not there's a few tables near the disabled toilet that have extra space to accommodate wheelchairs. The staff are lovely and there's usually a maitre dit around. Any time I've visited they've spotted me before I've even got to the doors so have them open. The new menu has lots of allergy free options too.
Transport & Parking
No parking at the restaurant. Nearest bays are on South Street.
Access
Side entrance with level access, no electric doors however and they are a little awkward without help.
Toilets
Disabled loo on the ground floor, you do need to open two doors however. Spacious enough, could do with a slightly higher toilet.
Staff
All very friendly, and helpful without being over the top.
