Overview
Store has a lift but they obviously don't want the customers to use it.

Shop is in a pedestriaised area.
Access
Shop is on two floors with a post office on the ground floor. There was no obvious lift and no signage to one. We asked if there was a lift and were pointed to an area behind the post office. The access to the lift was oviously used for storage. When the lift doors opened I couldn't enter because a transport crate had been left in it which left no room for a wheelchair or scooter.

Just felt like they didn't want disabled people in their shop.
