Great for most disabled people!

Overview
Lots of thought has been put into designing this venue making it accessible to all ( ?).
Transport & Parking
There are disabled parking bays at each entrance and a security guard patrolling to see this is not abused (unusual!!).
Access
Entrance 6 is best for most disabled people. There are toilets just inside this entrance and a shop-mobility shop to hire ( with usually a couple of days notice) mobility scooters. I, personally, prefer Entrance 5 because the non-slip and rough paving area into entrance 6 is a little too harsh for my scooter. The toilets are a little further inside - and are excellent.
Toilets
The accessible toilets in entrance 5 have a left and also a right opening door ie. 2 disabled toilets. One of the accessible toilets in entrance 6 is operated by a Radar key and is a large room with a hoist and sink with adjustable height!
Staff
The staff in all shops, I have found, are friendly and very helpful - I'd like to mention those particularly in BHS cafe, New Look and Franky and Benny's.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
I frequently visit this venue and know that I'll be happy doing so (until, as now, the Christmas shopping days have arrived!)
