Accessible throughout for clients, staff and board.

Toilets

Male and female toilets with all required rails and ample side transfer space from left to right. The cord was too short but in their defence the toilets were new and had been signed off by building control. Chief exec was right on to it.

Staff

Friendly and helpful. Top marks to Joe, the Chief Executive who is highly committed to equality and social justice. CAB are addressing wider equality issues such as using Skype for people confined to home and people who need an interpreter.
