Overview

I visited this venue in a wide wheelchair, level access and lifts to all floors. Spacious toilets. Parking on site is excellent. Stewards and volunteers so helpful. The seating is excellent, a flap down seat next to the space for the wheelchair. Reasonable ticket price and carers ticket was free. Been to 3 venues during RWC 2015, this was the best of the 3.

Transport & Parking

Drove to the venue, pre booked free disabled parking. The parking was right outside the stadium entrance and accessible by ramp.

Access

Great signs. No steps, all lifts or ramps. Special wide entrances at each gate for wheelchair users and their carer. A member of staff actually walked in front of the wheelchair and cleared the way for us, which was very much appreciated due to the number of people attending.

Toilets

Clean and spacious. Radar key needed so no queues or sneaky desperate people.

Staff

Excellent, extremely helpful. There were a large number of staff and volunteers and they went out of their way to assist us. I cannot fault any member of staff that we came across.

Fantastic day, wonderful atmosphere, I would strongly recommend this venue and I would be happy to go there again.
