Overview

The good- the concourses are spacious, and there are lots of accessible toilets around the concourse area. They are opened using a radar key, with signs on the door advising to request access through a steward if you don't have a key. The bad- multiple toilets were dirty; it would help if cleaning staff cleaned them during events. Red cords didn't touch the floor. Stewards were very, very poor when an issue was raised.

Transport & Parking

We arrived by car and parked in the pink car park, which was a short walk to the stadium. I do not use a chair or disabled spaces, so can't comment on disabled parking facilities.

Access

There's a separate accessible entrance for those who need it. The concourse is spacious. There are lots of well signed accessible toilets, and also lowered bar counters. There didn't seem to be any seating in the concourse. Blocked views from people standing is an issue.

Toilets

Plenty of accessible toilets, well signed, and very spacious. All had grab rails, and there'd be space for a carer if needed. The negatives were that a number of them were dirty, and that red cables did not reach the floor.

Staff

I was initially sat in a section with a completely blocked view due to persistant standing, and multiple stewards simply refused to help. We ended up moving seats and missing a large section of the event.
