Angry about Disabled Toilet

Overview
Red Emergency Cord was all tied up well out of reach. I mentioned to a member of staff and explained about Euan Guide Cards but she wasn't interested. She said if I put a card on cord or tried to untie the cord, the card would be removed, I asked to speak to someone in charge but was refused and told that they wouldn't be interested either. It left me feeling upset and angry
Transport & Parking
I was driver of a WAV. Surprised at actually finding a disabled parking space but not really suitable for a large WAV with rear access and ramp
Access
Be a lot easier if doors were automatic
Toilets
Red Emergency Cord tied up way out of reach
Staff
Found the staff member very rude and unhelpful
