Disabled Traveller visits Cheltenham (part 6) at another farm shop
Visit date:
This review is especially helpful for those who have or use the following: Walking Aid, Wheelchair, Powerchair, Mobility Scooter
Overview
A small farm shop, but not one of our favourites. It certainly is not modern, but at least nice and clean, and quality of items were quite good. A wheelchair can get around, the jam selection was good, and the one jar we bought at least had fruit in it not just loaded with sugar. The little cafe was ok, but step needed to get into it, and toilets were outside by the tea room entrance. All in all, ok if you needed something quickly.
Transport & Parking
The car park is up a steep drive, bur easy enough to find the farm.
Access
To steep a walk down from car park area to the shop. I suppose the disabled person could be dropped off at the entrance first, and driver take the car up the slope to car park, but disappointing having to do that.
Toilets
Up the slope, and just basic.
Staff
Friendly and helpful enough.
