Wheelchair accessible with a bit of imagination. Good space inside. Sturdy tables and chairs with arm. Large outdoor seating area.

Transport & Parking

Handy for railway station. By car there is patrons parking.

Access

From the car park there is a path right to the door but a 50mm drop at the end. If you need level access from the car park you would need to go into the road. Ten yards past the front entrance there is a dropped kerb onto the pavement, hence full level access, just a 25mm step at the door. Inside it is spacious. The tables are sturdy and the wooden chairs light but sturdy, with arms.

Toilets

Adequate space for standard chair. Clear transfer right to left. No drop down arm to right of toilet but various handles in appropriate spaces. The old fashioned flush cistern with chain would be hard to reach from a chair. I have suggested they lengthen the chain.

Staff

Helpful and efficient.
