Overview
Altogether brilliant - a pleasure to shop there in a powerchair.
Transport & Parking
Many bus routes serve Richmond, and the station is less than half a mile away, District Line and National Rail, with staff always on hand to give assistance with ramps etc.
Access
Level access into the shop, a lift to all floors, and just about enough space to squeeze between the display tables if you're a skilful wheelchair user. On today's visit I managed not to knock any books off tables or drag any tables along with me. A bit more space would be welcome for visits on my clumsier days.
Toilets
A really good accessible toilet with everything correctly in place, a long red emergency cord dangling freely to the floor as it should, and plenty of room for manoeuvre.
Staff
Really sweet staff, friendly and eagerly helpful.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
There's a café on the first floor.
