Brilliant young man who can deal with folk with hearing loss

Overview
Went there today to return a book that didn't have the info I wanted. Chap who sold it to me not only took it back, but spent about half and hour looking for a better book and ordering it for me, and wrote everything down because I have only 30% hearing and can't lipread if people are masked. This guy is worth his weight in gold! Look out for him - about 5' 7", stocky, curly light brown hair and beard.

Can't speak for people with mobility issues, but there seems to be plenty circulation space, and level access. Lots of background noise at ground floor tills, but staff are good at making adjustments.
