Overview
Great tea & cake, but small accessible loo and small step in.
Transport & Parking
City Centre arcade so no street parking but parking nearby in John Lewis (100m) or St David's centre (200m). 500m from Cardiff Central Station.
Access
Accessible interior but small step (2") at entrance. Good height tables to get knees under.
Toilets
Accessible loo with grab bars but too narrow to turn a wheelchair or for side transfer and not deep enough to close door with power chair in.
Staff
Very helpful staff (memorised cake choices and happy to guard unclosed toilet door!)
