Overview
Access around the station concourse is good and places are well signposted.
Transport & Parking
As a main station there is no parking but you can drop people off. There are plenty of public transport options from the trains themselves, the underground, plenty of buses and taxis.
Access
Disabled access is good once you find the way in to the station. If you have a mobility impairment and require level access this can be confusing. To get in to the station you go past the main entrance which has steps and walk around the side to the level access route. Once on the concourse places are well signposted with an accessible ticket office, an accessible toilet, and plenty of places to eat and get a coffee. A level access route is marked if you want to go to the Waterloo Underground Station.
Toilets
There was an accessible toilet off the concourse which was accessed via a RADAR key. It was easy to get in to but a little tight on turning space once you are in.
Staff
The staff I met were very helpful and showed me which way to go and helped to explain how the ticketing system worked.
