Overview

I use a large mobility scooter so I had to leave it outside. There is no awning so bring a cover if you have a large scooter and the weather is wet. There is level access from outside and the door opens inward. There is an accessible toilet at the back. There were two stools outside the toilet when I was there. I commented on this to a member of staff and he said there would be no problem with moving them if needed. They were used to moving things for people with prams and pushchairs. There were a lot of these when I was there. They serve breakfast and lunch and the cakes looked gorgeous. I thought £3 was expensive for a cup of hot chocolate but a lovely cafe.

In a quiet residential road. No car park. Close to Albany and Newport Roads so plenty of public transport. On street parking available.

I didn't check for grab rails. Room for a carer and easy to find.

Staff

Friendly and willing to help though I didn't need help.
