Overview

Absolutely outstanding visit. All of the staff in particular were amazing and made the visit perfect.

Transport & Parking

We got here early and we're the first I. The disabled parking area. This is next to the door and plentiful.

Access

Again we were the first through the door but the system means you have to queue for about 20 minutes before you can go in. My husbands disability means that standing for this amount of time is difficult - but after asking we were ushered to a seat near a side entrance and allowed through before the crowd.

Toilets

Perfectly adequate.

Staff

Absolutely brilliant. Very helpful and very friendly!

Anything else you wish to tell us?

The only quibble we have is due to mobility problems my husband struggles with crowds. As a result we booked to be in first and made it an aim to be at the front of any crowds. At two lobby’s on the tour we had to wait because staff were not present until a little later meaning that we ended up in a large crowd of people. Given we had planned the day to be ahead of the crowd this was a little self-defeating. We appreciate the reason for not opening certain parts of the one way system until more people are there - but it made it quite difficult at times.
