This review is especially helpful for those who have or use the following: Walking Aid, Hidden Impairment
Overview
There was a slight queue at entry and no way to skip it or sit down. Once in security were friendly and no issues with accessing the main area. There was another queue which took a while but staff were handing out folding chairs to walking stuck users. Bit awkward as the queue was moving slowly. If wheelchair user forget trying to go up Diagon Alley. The fake cobbles are just too deep. Wait for staff to take you the sneaky way. Seriously if you have small front wheels you are stuck. The rollator was tough to move on it but we saw a wheelchair user get stuck, really should be a warning sign as soon as you reach the area.
Transport & Parking
There is a bus from London centre specifically for the studios but we drove. Plenty car parking attendants in place to direct you and we found plenty blue badge parking spaces at 5pm approx.
