Overview

I am deaf and can only rate this venue from that aspect. I cannot comment on whether it was wheelchair friendly etc although I would be very surprised if it wasnt and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The first part of the tour is guided and includes a cinema experience. If booked in advance, a BSL interpreter is available for those that sign. Subtitles are also available for deaf people who do not sign but again must be ordered in advance as they are not played on the main screen but on a player provided by the guide. I contacted the venue for help prior to my visit with my family and I cannot praise them enough for their assistance!
