Overview

Walking on Air is a charity, volunteer run organisation which enables disabled people to experience a flight in a specially adapted glider which has hand controls. The portmoak gliding clubhouse has disabled parking, ramped access easy access doorways, canteen, and fully accessible toilets.

Toilets

Ladies and gents disabled toilets with extra wide door. Lots of space for carer too. Drop down bar plus other grabrails. always very clean

Staff

Gliding volunteers are made up 1 volunteer pilot and 3 volunteer helpers who are on duty every Friday to assist with everything . Everyone makes you very welcome, including staff in clubhouse and cafe.
