A very accessible supermarket

Overview
Although this supermarket is not in the centre of Swindon it has reasonable transport links and a lot of disabled parking. The isles are also very wide so no problems for power chair users. There can be a shortage of staff on the tills some evenings, but the staff in the supermarket are normally very helpful and will walk you to the product you are looking for rather than point you in the general direction.
Transport & Parking
This supermarket has the best disabled parking I have ever seen anywhere. They have a specific blue badge only separate parking area right at the front. The bus stops are not as close as they could be. Maybe something that the local bus company Thamesdown could consider.
Access
Very wide isles and front entrance to the store. Nice seating areas outside. Very well marked paving areas too.
Toilets
I haven't used them, so I can't comment. But I would be surprised if a store like this didn't have very good disabled access toilets.
Staff
Helpful, but they need more on the tills in the evenings.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
They have self scan at this store, so you can pick up a handheld device and scan your own shopping as you collect it if you're a MyWaitrose member.
