Amazing place for lunch!

Overview
A friend suggested this as a great spot to have lunch whilst in Washington - and they were right! You overlook all the major sites (including the White House) and there's fabulous food too!
Transport & Parking
We went there after visiting the Smithsonian and it was about 15 minutes. Not sure what parking is like nearby.
Access
There's two entrances - the main one has step free access through to the lift which is a decent size. The restaurant is on the top floor and is spacious and cool. Tables and chairs can be moved around as needed.
Toilets
Clean and tidy and spacious as per most of the US loos!
Staff

Anything else you wish to tell us?
From our table we could see both the Washington Memorial and the White House. Great food - it's definitely a good restaurant for a special occasion.
