Overview
During my visit the disabled toilet was out of order i was taken to the lift and shown the disabled toilet up stairs there is no changing facility for wheel chair users and the toilets are disgusting there were uring on the floor and i had to change my daughter in her wheel chair bearing in mind she is non mobile and i cant lift her due to my own heath i asked if there were a room i could go to as you can imagine trying to change a 14 year old in a wheel chair \ buggy this was very stressful i bring all the kids to the cinema at least once every 2 weeks and need to change my daughter in the back Seats of the van if she has had a bowel movement i feel that all cinemas should be taking this into consideration as i also am a stoma user and even changing my stoma in a small disabled toilet is hard with no table to work on .
