Overview

Great to find an accessible mobile phone shop. So many shops have steps and aren't that great as a wheelchair user. Here there was a nice wide door and people were quick to help hold the door too.

Transport & Parking

We walked from the bus station at the Interchange and it wasn't too bad as a pedestrianised area links to the middle of Channel Street and then it's only a short distance along to the store.

Access

Pretty good, with large doors; albeit a hand to hold them makes it easier. Once inside, there's plenty of space to wheel around and it is bright and light making it easy to see everything on display.
