This review is especially helpful for those who have or use the following: Wheelchair, Powerchair
Overview
Stayed for 2 nights needed accessible room due to full time wheelchair/powerchair user. Bed was to low in accessible room struggled to get from bed to chair. Mentioned it to reception manager in the morning and they let us look at a standard double as beds are higher than accessible room (doesn't make sense as wheelchairs are average 18.5 to 20 inches). When we looked at standard double room which is without wet room the bed was the perfect height for transferring so we moved room as didn't need wet room. Informed reception of this flaw to the room would recommend standard double to a wheelchair user who doesn't need wet room until the hopefully fix the bed height problem. Staff were more than happy to help in anyway they could to marks for staff and food and drink.

Anything else you wish to tell us?
Signs stating masks are mandatory. Although 90% people obviously didn't understand this sign and rule as was walking round without them. Restaurant was checking if they was same household and taking contact details. There was shields where applicable and stickers on hotel room doors to say it was cleaned and sealed. Staff all had masks and or visors and plenty of sanitisers.
