lovely day out, not all accessible in my power chair but still worth a look.

Transport & Parking

We drove and parked right outside in a disabled space with our uk badge. You can park for as long as you like in these spaces or any metered space. You can also arrive by water taxi, direct to villa carlotta which is pretty handy and also accessible.

Access

Staff were welcoming as soon as they spotted us, opening the gate and showing us the map with accessible routes. Stick to these, deviation is not a good idea! Another member of staff told us to take another route and it had steps!! The Villa was accessible-ish- my chair just about fitted in the old fashioned but rather cool lift and so i did get to see everything in the house which was lovely. You cant see everything in the garden but you can view it from the house.

Toilets

Ok . no changing places.

Staff

Pleasant but gave us bad advice that was was a problem with the steps.
