Great garden centre let down by toilets

Overview
A garden centre with lots of interesting items and a really good cafe . They have recently refurbished a large part of this but the toilets were untouched and unusable.
Transport & Parking
I think you would need a car to get here as it is on a dual carriageway. There is quite a lot of parking but the ground is very rough and potholed.
Access
There are automatic doors and a few shallow ramps but it has recently been revamped and is easier to get around. The craft sheds though are not accessible to wheelchairs and are quite small inside.
Toilets
This is the worst disabled toilet we have ever come across. Seriously I have never before seen a sign saying mind the step in a disabled toilet. Grubby and narrow in a wooden shed with no emergency cord. We were unable to use it at all. Not a penny has been spent on it .
Staff
The cafe staff are wonderful and very helpful. The other staff do not seem inclined to respond to any concerns. When we told them we were unable to use the toilets and would have to leave and find a supermarket they just said "That's a shame".
Anything else you wish to tell us?
It is such a shame the toilets let down what could be a great garden centre. There are also craft sheds out to the back of the centre but they too are not accessible to wheelchairs.
