Transport & Parking

We parked a little while away behind Buchanan street. There are some blue badge spaces dotted around the city centre but you have to be lucky to catch one. There is also multi-storey parking available nearby

Access

It is level access into the first floor of the store and steps down into a larger area. The security guard and staff showed me as soon as I came in where the lift was and to say if I need anything at all - but not in an overbearing way. The majority of displays and drawers are low down and I could reach from my wheelchair. The lift is to the right hand corner of the store and through one door. Then it is another one light door through to more shopping, fitting rooms and the checkout area. At the checkout, half of the till has been made lower for wheelchair users which is brilliant. The lighting is quite dim in the store and some corners of displays are sharp/tight but manageable.
