Overview
We booked a table to advance, and asked for downstairs table in front of bar area, our table was ready. The staff were very efficient and helpful, there was a mix up with one meal, which was quickly rectified. We had a wheelchair with us, which staff helped, the disabled toilets are as you come in and need the key from staff. Food was good, fresh with a variety to choose from and prices vary. Accessible with wheelchair there is a small ramp on doorway. We parked across the road, and walked over the crossing. We were able to sit for a couple of hours and no pressure to leave, even though restaurant was getting busy.
Transport & Parking
There is parking across the road, then use the crossing which takes you virtually to Victoria’s door. There are a few disabled spaces and parking is free for disabled badge holders.
Access
From the pavement, you can walk or push a wheelchair right the way into restaurant, there is a small ramp as you enter the main door. Staff are willing to help move chairs out of way if need be.
Toilets
Disabled toilet is right at main entrance, there is enough room for a carer too. You might need to ask for the key, again staff were very helpful. The Ladies and Gents toilets are down a stair,
