Overview

Some of the store was inaccessible to me which was a shame. I like to look around this store as , what I can access, is spacious and it’s easy to reach clothes displays.

Transport & Parking

Many buses stop on Princes Street as well as the trams.

Access

It is level access into the store and there is a lift to the two other main floors. However, there is an in-between floor which is inaccessible to anyone who cannot use stairs. The queuing aisle near the tills is quite tight for wheelchair users. Also the lift door closing time is very quick so you may have to try a couple times before safely getting in if you are reversing!

There is a foot pedal operated hand sanitiser station at the door. Luckily a staff member was nearby to push the pedal for me as I otherwise wouldn’t be able to. Only one person is allowed into the lift at a time.
