A hidden gem for gardeners looking for something unusual

Overview
Amazing plants , definitely not your run of the mill garden centre. Its just a shame its not as accessible as it could be.
Transport & Parking
There is a car park which is pea shingle so not great for wheelchairs. I didn't see any marked disabled spaces but they might have been tucked away. The venue is a little way outside Norwich but the satnav did its job and got us there easily.
Access
This was not a great place for anyone in a wheelchair or scooter. All the paths are pea shingle, quite deep in places which makes getting around difficult. Some floors in the polytunnels were deceptively holey and it was a tricky ride to get round. In the main building its a tight squeeze as there are plants everywhere which makes it very attractive but hard to get round. There's also a bridge and pond in the middle with steps so that's totally inaccessible to wheeled vehicles. There is a cafe and that is accessible with care.
Toilets
There are toilets, but I didn't use them . They are accessed by steps .
Staff
The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful .
