Overview

There are some excellent attractions here including Harry Potter World, Jurassic World Log Floom and more. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and would make every effort to include everyone. People with disabilities are able to get a fast track pass (meaning you will be able to do all the rides). and for some (e.g. main Harry Potter ride) they can embark/disembark you from a static seat and feed this into the main ride.

Transport & Parking

There was parking very close to the park gate and the route would be wheelchair accessible. Taxis can also get very close to the entry - I didn't notice public transport.

Access

The fast track pass can be obtained from customer care (to the right as you enter the main park from the ticket gate. They will make every effort to assist you onto rides, including a static seat to get on the main Harry Potter ride and feed you into the main ride. I believe they could take wheelchairs on the trolley bus which does the Universal Studio tour - which has good voice over from the guide and I didn't feel I missed out on much.
