Overview
We visited universal studios and island of adventures for the rest of the family and their love of the big rides. I only wanted to see Harry Potter and I wasn't disappointed by it. But it was mighty hard to get through the rest of the parks.
Transport & Parking
It's a long long way with no vehicular access from the car parks to the park entrances. I dread to think how I would have got there if I hadn't hired my own mobility scooter which we brought in the car, I couldn't have walked to the entrance to hire theirs.
Access
I thought everything would be great once we were inside the parks but actually it was really inaccessible. Almost a complete lack of drop kerbs, very little access into rides and no automatic opening doors to help me get into places on my own. However everything Harry Potter has been designed much much better and was completely accessible and a pleasure to go around.
Toilets
Great if you're in the harry potter areas, otherwise dream on
Staff
Dismissive and rude, some ignored me when I asked for help.
