Overview
This is a well run chapel and music venue. There are numerous staff willing to get a ramp out sp I can get in. The staff will reserve you a good seat once you've notified them of your booking. It's a beautiful venue. Everything's sounds great. There is enough room for me to get around which is surprising given its an intimate, small place. Some wheelchair users may struggle getting into the toilets. Parking neither hard nor easy - you are reliant on luck but if you leave enough time you should be fine. Also, it must be possible to get there via public transport as Islington is a busy place.
Transport & Parking
Leave enough time to get there as parking is limited - there's no parking as such. I don't mind walking for 5 minutes or so but some might. Personally, I must be satisfied with the parking facilities as I've never travelled there by public transport but I hear links are good. Bear in mind though, that gigs finish around 22:30 so to get a train may be a little stressful at that time of night. I would certainly recommending going though, it's a great place.
Access
With the help of attentive staff wheelchair users can get in. Once in you can get around fine, will have a good view and get value for your money. As I can get in the toilets, I've never asked where the nearest accessible toilet is - the toilets are the venue's biggest downside.
Toilets
I reckon most manual wheelchair uses can get into the toilets. Others will struggle. I wouldn't class there to be an accessible toilet - there's no hoist. I perhaps have too much sympathy for the people and the venue but I don't know how many options they have to improve this
Staff
I simply can't fault the staff and they deserve this rating.
