Overview
I visited Two Pups Coffee on Francis Street, near St Patrick's Cathedral and the wonderful Marsh Library. It was real find and my favourite meal while in Dublin. There is good access but no accessible toilet. The cafe open daily from breakfast until about 3.30 - 4pm. It serves light meals, cakes and a selection of hot and cold drinks.
Transport & Parking
Two Pups is a couple of minutes level walk to St Patrick's Cathedral. Several buses stop close by. The buses in Dublin have a ramp at the front of the vehicle.
Access
There is outdoor seating with movable table and chairs. The manual entrance door was open when I visited, it was a hot day, and there is a small, narrow step into the cafe, see photo. The cafe is all on the ground floor and there is space between tables and chairs. Food is ordered at the counter, see photo, and served at your table.
Toilets
There is a toilet but it is not accessible.
Staff
As soon as I walked in I got a warm welcome. Staff were amazing, super friendly, looked really happy to be working there and were very helpful, as I asked what the kombucha was. BTW it is delicious, fermented, lightly effervescent, sweetened black tea drink, perfect for the hot weather. Service was excellent and food arrived quickly.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
Food was amazing, with delicious flavours. Lovely atmosphere, busy and bustling but also chilled and relaxed. This is a very popular and busy cafe. Good value for money. I was delighted to stumble on it, and if I was back in Dublin I would be so very happy to return. If you are visiting added it to your places to visit, you will not be disappointed.
