Overview

Entrance into hotel is through double doors, one of which was closed and I was unable to get through the one door so had to ring the bell for assistance and wait for someone to come downstair and Unlock the door. Once in, as it says in the title, had a fantastic meal, in fantastic surroundings with great views onto Princes Street.

Transport & Parking

Excellent public transport links with bus stops outside the restaurant, Edinburghs main railway station approx 50 yards away. With it being in the city centre, parking is a bit of an issue and the nearest disabled parking I am aware of is on Waterloo place which, if you have mobility issues, is still a litle bit away.

Access

Entrance into hotel is through double doors, one of which was closed and I was unable to get through the one door so had to ring the bell for assistance and wait for someone to come downstair and Unlock the door. Once in, you're met by a staircase but to the side of that, you go along a narrow corridor and to the left is a small lift that takes you upstairs. The restaurant is located on level L (lobby). The restaurant itself was very spacious with good space between tables.

Toilets

Unfortunately, I did not see the accesibility of the toilet on this visit so cannot comment on them. Oh well, just means I will definitely need to dine there again so I can complete this review, oh, and get another beautiful meal!! :-D

Staff

Staff were extremely helpful and attentive.
