Overview
This is a wheelchair accessible restaurant in the heart of Ayr with exceptional food and staff!
Transport & Parking
We called in advance regarding parking and managed to get a space at their sister hotel around the corner which was great. It might be worth scoping out the parking beforehand if you're driving.
Access
The access for me was fantastic. The inside of the restaurant is very spacious, with a range of different seating options, so I managed to find a seat that I could transfer in to quite easily. The only downside for access is that the entry door is quite heavy so I needed assistance from my daughter when opening the door.
Toilets
There was an accessible loo with everything you would expect. It may be a little cramped for those using a larger wheelchair or needing assistance.
Staff
The staff were incredible from the first second to the last. They were very helpful and welcoming throughout our visit.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
We will definitely be visiting the Tudor again! My daughters highlight was making her own pizza, which was great fun. The food was delicious and the desert was huge (just the way I like it!).
