First visit since COVID restrictions commenced. Quick and easy visit, with COVID restrictions in place Helpful , friendly staff

I got wheelchair taxi into town, but street parking car parks nearby, dedicated disabled parking spaces nearby Public transport bust stop 2 minutes away
Access
Automatic doors , all on the one level Plenty of space to manoeuvre, plenty of seating available. Signage good, offer of disability assistance signposted at main entrance one way system to enter and exit clearly signposted Low level counter available Induction loop available Leaflets available with Braille, or audio tape. Option to communicate with BT text direct, or Sign Video for those with hearing difficulties Cash machine available at wheelchair level outside The bank is part of the Hidden Disability Sunflower Lanyard Scheme
Toilets
Did not notice toilets therefore not assessed
Staff
A member of staff immediately came to my assistance, and advised me I could pay my cheque in via the machine to avoid queueing, and assisted me to do so. All staff were very friendly and helpful
