Overview
Booking request for ground floor room ignored. Only 2 accessible parking spaces at front which both occupied. Directed to rear car park which then meant long trek and two lifts to get to room. Heavy doors throughout with no power assist. No help at all from staff. Shower over bath and bath is small/three-quarter size. Nowhere to sit in reception area.
