Overview
The hotel was cheap and cheerful, but had everything I needed fora comfortable stay and a good nights sleep. I'll definitely be back.
Transport & Parking
There were a few disabled parking bays directly outside the hotel front door. There was plenty of non-disabled parking bays too around the hotel.
Access
The entrance in to the front door was level access, but I can't remember whether the door was automatic entry or not. The reception is clearly visible on entering the front door but the height of the desk may be a little tricky for some wheelchair users or those of short stature. Access throughout the hotel was simple and straight forward enough, and the bedroom/bathroom were ideal for me. There was an emergency assistance button beside the bed which was quite reassuring.
Toilets
The accessible loo in the room was very spacious and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. There was a bath with an over-bath shower, but there was an internal bath bench which gave me the choice of a bath or shower. Obviously this won't necessarily suit those who require a wet floor shower room.
Staff
The lady on reception was extremely helpful throughout my stay. She offered assistance too and from my room and nothing seemed too much trouble.
