Noisy hotel and wet room on the third floor

Overview
I chose this hotel as it was central but underestimated the inconvenience of having to park away from the hotel. I also was unaware that the disabled bedroom would be on the third floor. But the main reason for the low score was that I had a really bad night’s sleep due to the noise from the street
Transport & Parking
I did know that there was no parking with the hotel but underestimate the difficulty in getting to the hotel on narrow side streets with my rollator

Automatic doors and level access
Toilets
Booked a wet room so that was fine. There was an accessible toilet on the ground floor but I didn’t use it
Staff
Staff were lovely
