I am an amputee(BKA Lt leg)Stayed here 22nd/26th May`17.Spotlessly clean room with basic but large wet room. Staff are genuinely glad to see you.The welcome is so nice from all the staff.Hotel is clean and tidy inside. Outside needs a coat of paint. Hotel is joined to Victoria Pub by covered walkway all level access.All meals can be taken here. As a jumping off point for Eden,Heligan it is ideal. Free parking,disabled bays by main doors,level access.

Transport & Parking

I parked outside front doors in disabled space. All level access.Public transport 100yds to St Austell.

Access

All disabled rooms on ground floor.NO lift.All ground floor,connecting Pub and car park level---NO STEPS.

Toilets

I only used loo in my room.

Staff

SUPERB.

Anything else you wish to tell us?

Wet rooms need a heavy duty,non slip,plastic chair for those needing to transfer. I would not hesitate to go back.
