Overview

A clean, unfussy and more than adequate hotel with everything you need! The staff were really friendly and extremely helpful and the food and drinks were reasonably priced. 10/15 minutes walk into Bath town centre makes a really good choice.

Transport & Parking

Three designated Blue Badge parking spaces which were free for the duration of our stay. Ramped access and automatic doors made for very easy access.

Access

As a powerchair user, I found the access very good. There was flat access to all parts of the ground floor except for the dining area and there was a lift to get down there so I found not problems at all.

Toilets

I didn't use it as my room was really close so I just used the room's toilet. This had plenty of room to manoeuvre , transfer from the left hand side.

Staff

The whole staff were great, really friendly and very welcoming!

Anything else you wish to tell us?

It was a really good, reasonable and accessible hotel; I would definitely stay there again! It's not the Ritz but the rooms were clean, spacious and the wet rom was large sized too, would thoroughly recommend!
