Overview

The food in this restaurant is fantastic and if you like Italian food then you will like this venue. The Restaurant is always busy even on a normal week night. The weekend the place is full and so it is advisable to book well in advance. The setting is made of booths and tables. A chair can be taken away at a table to allow a wheelchair in to the space.

Transport & Parking

3.5

There are no blue badge spaces in the car park however the car park is very large at the weekend it does fill. There is a bus stop near to the venue and both sides of the road. Local buses and First bus in Airdrie all stop at these stops. The venue is in Deeds St to get in to the car park you have to go round the back of the building.

Access

3.5

The entrance is via the car park area there are both steps and a ramp available . The door opens outward's and is of a good width. There are a second set of double doors. There is a ramp from this door to the reception area. The restaurant has two levels and wheelchairs would need to be kept in this area.

Toilets

3.5

There are two lots of toilets one on each level the toilets on the lower area are near the kitchen area I did not look at these. The toilets on the upper area are just past the bar area, There is one accessible toilet that is of the normal basic standard this was also the baby change area as well. The signage to the toilets is not good but the staff will be happy to show you the location

Staff

5

The staff in the venue are wonderful and you might find that more than one member services you table during your visit. We had about 3 or 4 members of staff service or table during our visit and they were all very good.

Anything else you wish to tell us?

The venue is well known in the local area and is near the boundary line between Airdrie and Coatbridge. While you will get a wheelchair in a mobility scoter would need to be small.
