Overview
We were recommended this restaurant by another holidaymaker. Easy push from station or bus stop. Our first visit was for Sunday lunch, which was probably the best I’ve ever had. It was so good we went again during our holiday and had two of their locally caught fish dishes which were equally amazing. Vegetarian options too. Owner was so lovely, there is a small step at front, but a step free access at back. All staff were lovely and had taken a chair away without me asking. The disabled loo was easy, bright and clean. Can’t praise this place enough. Wish I lived in Teignmouth. Unfortunately we were just on holiday.
Transport & Parking
We used bus but it’s not far from station and quite close to the car park by the lighthouse.
Access
Easy access for wheelchair using back entrance. Not cramped inside. Good choice of tables.
Toilets
Easy access loo next to the bar. Big enough for Carer. Good grab rails and bug enough to turn round. I’ve added photos.
Staff
Nick, the owner greeted all guests personally and nothing was too much trouble. Two girls who served us were tidy, cheerful and efficient.
