Overview
They’d thought of everything. Fast tracked through the queue due to the rain and wind. Then the carer ticked was free. No issues with my assistance dog (it’s actually a dog friendly attraction). There was a lift to easily access upstairs. And the glass walkway was brilliant too. A really good educational day that didn’t cost a fortune.
Transport & Parking
We ended up taking the bus and the river boat but it was awkward to get from the river boat pier up to the bridge access. Wasn’t a problem but a lot of zigzagging about
Access
Braille signage provided. Fold out seats that could be taken and carried around. Lift access to all floors. Clear images and writing. Well lit. Wheelchairs to borrow
Toilets
A great accessible toilet on the way down.
Staff
Everyone was so friendly and helpful and well educated in additional needs.
