Overview
Visited in my wheelchair. Friendly, caring and helpful staff.There wasn’t any part of the tour that wasn’t accessible to me. A great experience. This is a new stadium and a lot of thought has gone into making this wheelchair friendly
Transport & Parking
I used a cab, but there is also parking free for blue badge holders. There is a step free station nearby, however, as with all TFL transport the lift is not always reliable. Plenty of buses pass the stadium.
Access
There were lifts and no steps where I needed to access.
Toilets
Plenty of space.
Staff
Friendly helpful staff. Discreetly assisted me without making a big issue. All the staff were attentive.
