Totally accessible, the best venue I've been to

Overview
Excellent facilities, there's an automatic door to the box office and a lowered counte, a lift and disabled toilets on both floors. They have ushers at the doors of the auditorium who are glad to open doors and help if required. The disabled toilet on the 2nd floor was very clean with plenty of supplies but my only problem was the bins (3 of them!) got in the way and made transferring difficult.
Transport & Parking
There are a few disabled parking spaces just up from the theatre but they were all full so hubby parked the car down from the dropped kerb and I put my blue badge up. We checked with the very friendly theatre staff who said it was fine to park there with a badge.
Access
There is a lift from the box office up to the main auditorium and down to the cafe. The main doors are automated and access is really good. I think they have a hearing induction loop but I forgot to ask. All the signs and advertisements were in large print, but I didn't notice any braille or bsl being offered.
Toilets
The accessible toilet was a joy apart from the 3 bins making transferring awkward. There was plenty of space to turn around and the hand dryer wasn't miles away from the sink. There was plenty of paper and the door actually locked! The red cord was down to the floor and easy to reach. It's the best loo I've visited in a long time.
Staff
The staff were all really friendly and offered to help if I needed anything.
