Accessible hotels in Banchory are rare

Overview
Tor-na-Coille is the best accessible hotel I've been able to find in the Banchory area. It's not perfect, but it's manageable.
Transport & Parking
If you're lucky you can park right outside the main entrance - however this is not designated for disabled parking
Access
This is an old building and accessible features are not ideal. There is an antique lift which is difficult to operate, but otherwise it is possible to get round most parts of the hotel.
Toilets
The disabled toilet on the ground floor is in the ladies toilet - not ideal.
Staff
Staff are very friendly and helpful - usually come out of the hotel to assist if they spot you arriving.
Anything else you wish to tell us?
There is one room with partial facilities for disabled. This has a walk-in shower with folding seat. A few more grab rails would be helpful. Otherwise the hotel is very comfortable and rooms quite luxurious. And as said earlier, you'll struggle to find anything better in Banchory.
